While clinic hours are still limited, the '''crisis line at 503-291-9111''' is available 24/7. Their program provides crisis and peer support services as well as: * '''Mental Health Response Team (MHRT):''' pairs clinicians with Washington County Sheriff deputies responding to 911 calls with a mental health component. * '''Intensive Transition Team:''' Supports Washington county residents transition from acute care hospitalizations to community settings. '''Outpatient Services''' Lifeworks NW has multiple outpatient clinics, majority of which provides physical and mental health care services. They have locations in Hillsboro, Beaverton, Portland, and Milwaukie surrounding areas.
