Administration offices, Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Services, Men’s OP and IOP Services are all located at 442 NW 4th Street. Milestones provides five treatment programs to help people with different levels of chemical dependency problems, including women’s outpatient and residential, ad men’s outpatient and residential treatment. Milestones accepts most insurance plans, including the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). '''Adult Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, and DUII Services''' #Milestones Family Recovery Out Patient Program offers a flexible schedule to meet individual needs. In addition to group therapy, Milestones offers individual and family therapy, gender specific services and life skills '''Women’s Residential Treatment''' #Milestones is purposely geared to small-group therapy and individual confidentiality. Residents receive treatment in a 12-bed, 2-story building that becomes "Home" for the duration of the treatment. '''Recovery Wellness Center - Men’s Residential''' #Recovery Wellness Center is a 12-bed day treatment program with supportive housing near downtown Corvallis, Oregon. The progression toward a sober lifestyle includes addiction treatment, life skills, education enhancement and job preparation as clients move toward independent living. '''Women’s Transitional Housing and Outpatient''' #Transitional Housing: We have several transitional housing facilities for women who have completed residential treatment and are working toward a long-term housing solution.
