Description:	Multnomah County provides low-cost family health care at seven locations throughout Portland. They provide care to all Multnomah County residents, including those who are low-income and uninsured. Services include: * Adult healthcare * Children’s care * Women's health * Birth control * Pregnancy testing * Prenatal care * Mental health * Refugee screening * Gender-affirming care Pharmacy, dental, and WIC services are also available at some locations. Affordable, sliding scale fees. No one turned away if they cannot pay. They accept many insurances. They can also help patients without insurance apply for coverage through the Oregon Health Plan and they can see if there are other medical assistance programs patients may qualify for. Many clinics have staff who speak Spanish and other languages. Interpretation is available in over 50 languages.
