Description:	OneApp seeks to reduce housing rental application fees and the uncertainty of applying for rental properties where there's no way for an applicant to know whether they meet the property's criteria. OneApp enables a prospective renter to pay only one application fee and for there to be transparency to all properties. The idea for OneApp originated when its founder was hospitalized for a serious injury, became homeless, and was living in a YWCA shelter. He made it is his mission to help people obtain housing and avoid crippling application fees.
