Description:	TriMet provides a shared-ride, public transportation service for people who cannot independently use TriMet buses or MAX trains because of a disability or disabling health condition. LIFT service covers all locations that are within three-quarters of a mile of TriMet’s bus, MAX Light Rail, and also within the TriMet service area. Eligibility is not based on age, income, inability to drive, or the lack of availability or inconvenience of fixed-route services. Service is generally available from 3:30 a.m.–2:30 a.m., seven days a week. Rides must be reserved no later than 5pm the day before a trip. Participants may also place a reservation for recurring trips. The fee for LIFT is $2.80 for each ride.
