I live near PSU and sunday's mornings. I go out for a walk and there's so much drug use going on. There's a crowd in front of the church on sw Jefferson and Park. Everybody knows that there's not going to be any Street workers or police or anything and one would want to go for a walk on Sunday morning and there's so much craziness on the streets. Here in the southwest section anyway.
