|Description=Save on your monthly Pacific Power bills with their Low-Income Discount (LID) program. Enrollment is available to income-qualified residential customers in Oregon. Eligibility and discount level are based on your annual household income (gross income) at or below 60% of Oregon state median income adjusted for household size (see chart on their website). If you qualify, you’ll join more than 43,000 customers who are enrolled and getting help with their bills.
