Quick Start

Scanning this QR code will open the app. Watch carefully for the 'Add to Home Screen' message to pop up. Before it goes away select it. If you miss it you can do this manually but is differs from phone to phone.

Extra Permissions for the iPhone

If you are using an iPhone and are stuck in a permissions loop this video explains how to add extra privileges needed for iPhones.

Key Words

Key words in your subject line will be used to classify your incident. In addition some of them will direct an email to 311 or the Portland Bike Brigade. For the trigger word to work it only needs to be in the subject so Camping or Camped or Camp on the sidewalk will all work:

Drug - Portland Bike Brigade
Vehicle - 311
Graffiti - 311
Drug - PSRinfo
Camp - 311
