There may not be tents, but there is just about everything else. If RR can’t move this illegal group, the police sure can. Blocking a sidewalk is subject to citation or arrest. In addition there is blatant drug use near the skate park used by mostly teens and a school bus stop. Half of these degenerates are strung out on drugs much of the day acting erratically and dangerously. +
