Tents, garbage , drugs piling up on Flanders St. If you can clean up downtown, we by can’t you clean up Old Town. +
There may not be tents, but there is just about everything else. If RR can’t move this illegal group, the police sure can. Blocking a sidewalk is subject to citation or arrest. In addition there is blatant drug use near the skate park used by mostly teens and a school bus stop. Half of these degenerates are strung out on drugs much of the day acting erratically and dangerously. +

This couple is doing something under blankets on the sidewalk which is blocking paper.
I live near PSU and sunday's mornings. I go out for a walk and there's so much drug use going on. There's a crowd in front of the church on sw Jefferson and Park. There's another crowd that looks like they're doing drugs in front of the plaid pantry on Southwest 10th near Jefferson. To me it feels like Sunday mornings. Everybody knows that there's not going to be any Street workers or police or anything and one would want to go for a walk on Sunday morning and there's so much craziness on the streets. Here in the southwest section anyway. +

ADA violation. Blocking sidewalk at street corner. Congregating in street occasionally blocking right of way. +
Loiterers/campers blocking sidewalks with all sorts if matter from bicycles to wheelchairs to garbage cans. Prolific drug use. This behavior cannot be tolerated yet city hall seems to be fine with it as long as it’s not on their doorstep. +
This Camp is growing and Is Now affecting access to our building. We are having some work done out front and really need the sidewalk cleared. +
Tents blocking both sides of Flanders. Gangs occupying sidewalks. Threatening behaviors. Open air drug use. Scaring visitors to LanSu and JAMO. This is not OK. +
