| Description: This couple is doing something under blankets on the sidewalk which is blocking paper.
I live near PSU and sunday's mornings. I go out for a walk and there's so much drug use going on. There's a crowd in front of the church on sw Jefferson and Park. There's another crowd that looks like they're doing drugs in front of the plaid pantry on Southwest 10th near Jefferson. To me it feels like Sunday mornings. Everybody knows that there's not going to be any Street workers or police or anything and one would want to go for a walk on Sunday morning and there's so much craziness on the streets.
