Description
Formerly known as the Portland Women’s Crisis Line, this is the first place to start to access domestic violence resources including shelters and counseling in Portland. Call to Safety advocates will offer crisis intervention, emotional support, information, and referrals to other services. Every caller has access to their international language bank, which can translate any language.
