This is the primary information and referral resource for the City of Portland and Multnomah County. They can provide organizations and contacts for a variety of social service needs.


Multnomah County Mental Health Crisis Line

  1. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Mental health professionals are available to help anyone experiencing mental health issues at any time, in any language.

  • Free, 24/7 mental health support
  • Interpretation services for non-English speakers
  • Referral to low-cost or sliding-scale agencies
