The Multnomah County Harm Reduction Clinic provides services for syringe exchange, sexual health services, and overdose rescue kits (naloxone and fentanyl test strips). It is not a primary care clinic.

Rahab’s Sisters (limited to women and gender-diverse people in need of support and survival supplies) 232 SE 80 th Ave, Portland Clark County Syringe Exchange Friday, 5 p.m.–8 p.m.
