Description
CareOregon provides physical, dental and mental health care and substance use treatment through the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) as part of Health Share of Oregon, one of two coordinated care organizations (CCOs) serving the tri-county area. CareOregon can assist individuals in determining whether they are eligible for OHP based on their income or other factors. CareOregon can also help clients get signed up for OHP, find a physical health and/or mental health care provider, medications/pharmacies, and other CareOregon services and benefits.
