Blackburn Center Health Care offers compassionate physical and mental health care, all under one roof, providing judgement-free treatment and support. Blackburn Center provides: primary care and routine health screenings, management of chronic health conditions, minor medical procedures, mental health counseling, medication, individual and group therapy, referrals to specialists, substance use treatment including medication support (Suboxone), Hep C treatment, acupuncture, and a consumer drug take-back program among other services. Blackburn Center has an on-site pharmacy.
They offer respite care for people who have nowhere to go after being discharged from the hospital. Recuperative care is available by referral only.
